At Flomartic, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our return conditions. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
