Additionally, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Retain the receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we'll promptly evaluate and resolve any issues.

Non-returnable Items:

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
