There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause delivery delays. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; Delivery is the responsibility of the transport company.

Delivery Policy: To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your shipment within the advertised time frame, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and complete. Use correct abbreviations and insert spaces appropriately; We are not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s), less shipping charges.

If you refuse any shipment from Flomartic, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must resolve this with your postal service. Flomartic assumes no responsibility for packages declared as delivered. No refund will be issued for packages declared as delivered.
